From the moment i emailed the dealership, Justin Patt was nothing but 100% professional and helpful. It was the easiest transition into getting into a new car I’ve ever experienced. I originally posted concerning my displeasure about the lengthy wait I had while having my truck detailed. After speaking with the service director, Tony Dandonoli, he explained to me what had caused the p lengthy wait I had while having my truck detailed. He told me that even though there were circumstances that caused it he felt that it still was unacceptable and assured me that something like that would never happen again.
