I had to call after a day and half to fine about the progress on my 2017 Silverado pick up which went in for an oil change and diagnostics for a check engine light. Very poor communication. People seemed nice. Took two days to call me to say what they were doing then another two days to actually do the work. The cost was $1200 in mostly labor costs and all they changed was wires.
