I went for an oil change the other day and requested a tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a hug tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Not up to par with other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. They forgot to reassemble some of the parts under warranty and I had to go back and have them do it right.
