I went for an oil change the other day and requested a tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a hug tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a huge deal but just seems like poor service. Also, I left for over an hour and came back to my car sitting outside. No one contacted me to let me know my car was all set. I bought my car there a few months ago so you’d think you’d get good service for all the money you have spent there. More
