I’m sorry I won’t be back. I have a personal mechanic who will work on my car. I use to work in a service department for 7 years and if our mechanics were running behind we always told our customers how sorry we were that they we’re running behind. That’s all they had to tell me is that they were running behind. It makes a world of difference respecting other people’s feelings.
