Had pads/rotors replaced on the 24th. Excessive brake noise, did not feel believed when I described the issue. Came back on the 30th, took three hours to determine pads were defective. Was told pads/rotors would be replaced, but no pads available - give it a week. It has now been two weeks, no follow up calls. New rotors now no longer new. All the rest was fine, polite staff, prompt appointment, etc. More
