Scranton has been the Chevy dealership I have solely used for my 2 vehicles since February 2020. Except after being told that I was waiting too long in the "waiting" room I will not be returning. The only place I bring my vehicles for repairs and service. When my transmission went bad at 100,000 miles, I did not even shop around. I felt very comfortable with these two individuals from the onset right through the completion of the transaction. I want to mention that all other staff that I encountered were all very friendly and respectful even though I had no business dealings with them. This was truly old fashioned customer service experience at it's best instead of the nuevo customer service we experience today. More
