Called friday 4/2 to inquire about a Ferrari California made a deal over the phone was dealing with JT asked if I needed financing I said NO I would. Then he proceeds to tell me he could get 2.4%. I said are you sure, he said yes no doubt. I said fine had to take the credit freeze off of my account then he runs my credit, as well as the credit union. So now I have two hard inquiries on my credit report. I follow up on 4/3 he tells me the credit union is slammed , he was able to get it approved at 3.9. I said what happened to 2.4% he tells me he requested a rate discount, and he was waiting to hear back. 4/5 I follow up again, I said what's the deal. Now he tells me he is looking for another credit union that will match a lower rate 2.4% rate . Then the story changes again says because the car is a 2010 its 3.9 if it was a 2011 it would be 2.4%. 4/6 followed up again, this time I get crickets nothing doesn't even have the decency to return a phone call. Now I have two hard pulls on my credit, from this dealer for no reason. Then people wonder why used car dealers get a bad name!!!! More
