After the experience we had in Lugoff, I was floored by the expediency and customer service offered by Chris and Brian at Scott Will Toyota. It was night and day. They met our price without all the haggling. Not only did Will Scott Toyota give us a killer deal on a new RAV4, they delivered the vehicle 2 plus hours to my work where we could sign the papers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. More
Outstanding salesman - Robert Jones I have known Robert Jones for the past 19 years. My wife and I have purchased 10 different vehicles from him through Boyle which is now Scott Will Toy I have known Robert Jones for the past 19 years. My wife and I have purchased 10 different vehicles from him through Boyle which is now Scott Will Toyota. Robert is an exceptional salesman that will treat you right. Do some homework before you come in and he will treat you right, and get you the best deal that he can. I just purchased a RAV4 Limited from him. I checked around and went to Lugoff Toyota based on an Internet price they were offering. Their "selling" price was increased by $2000 when I arrived after being told over the phone that their would not be any additional charges other than tax and tags. I will keep my business in Sumter from now on. Check them out, I'm sure you will not be disappointed! More

If you dont want to waste your time, bypass Scott Will Toyota/Mazda in Sumter, SC. A Mazda vehicle was advertised at a price around 29,500. The sales person had written up a quote based on the advertised price; credit score was not an problem; crerdit is excellent. I was told the deal was solid to include trade in. However, once the final paperwork was presented the cost of the car was over $36,000. When questioned about the change in price, finance stated that they could not offer that price to everyone. The banner clearly stated the reduced price or 0% interest up to 60 months or 1.9 up to 72 months. With the credit score, the salesman stated I should be able to get both. Neither was offered because "I did not fall itno the right category" for either discount; the offer was only available to active military or discharged within six months and Mazda loyalty customers. I see it as false advertisement because that wasn't even written in fine print. I have my assumptions, but will only include the facts. I don't know about you, but those are not the "business" personnel I like to deal with. More
I went into dealership to have some work done on my truck. While I was there I figured I would price or even get a new vehicle since I was gonna get one soon. I have been pricing the highlander for m truck. While I was there I figured I would price or even get a new vehicle since I was gonna get one soon. I have been pricing the highlander for months prior to this visit so I knew what they had and the prices they were going for. First, it took about 20 minutes before I even had a sales rep help me. When someone finally helped me he was professional and nice until I told him how much I was willing to pay and then he pretty much said I was nuts. Needless to say he didn't help me out after that because another sales rep came to take his place. Overall the sales reps were nice but when I spend over 6 hours at a dealership with nothing to show for than nothing good will come out of it. Finally, they couldn't find the first choice of the vehicle I wanted nor did they try to hard to find it. They just found the easiest one they could get. They asked me if I wanted them to ship it there and I agreed but I was not going to sign anything to or lock into the vehicle. Well, they said the vehicle would be there the next day so I went home after 6 hours at the dealership. The next day came and they called me around 3pm saying they just order the vehicle. That was the last straw. I was very patient with this dealership and they did not do anything to help keep me there. If it wasn't for another Toyota dealership that was not to much farther away I would not have a Toyota anymore. This was the worst car dealership I have ever been to. More
The salesmen and their superiors are a big joke, to say the least. They are not at all interested in selling vehicles as much as they are in getting the numbers. They don't care about the customer at all. the least. They are not at all interested in selling vehicles as much as they are in getting the numbers. They don't care about the customer at all. Their attitudes and mentality are representative of Sumter and other pocketed areas of this state. If you are equipped with any decent amount of sense, then you'll most likely have issues with this dealership. Really they don't deserve to exist in my opinion, but then there are those who will disagree and be dooped into doing business with them. In closing, perhaps the reason why there are no reviews of this dealership is because there's nothing good to say concerning them. Get as far away from them as possible. Pricing and negotiations are better else where, so just bypass this dealership altogether. More
