Reggie Ragin went above and beyond to work with me to help get me in a new car with the necessary monthly payment within my budget. He was unrelenting. I will continue to share my positive feelings about Scott Will to my friends and acquaintances because of the excellent service I have always had! More
Took 8 hours for oil change and tire rotation. When contacted by phone(5 times) always put on hold with no response.. $50 to $60 higher on service than other new car dealers When contacted by phone(5 times) always put on hold with no response.. $50 to $60 higher on service than other new car dealers More

Always get a second opinion before major repairs. We have both of our toyotas serviced at Scott Will because we believed it was the best option to maintain our vehicles. I had a regular oil c We have both of our toyotas serviced at Scott Will because we believed it was the best option to maintain our vehicles. I had a regular oil change on schedule and they upsold a “cleaning” to us. Two weeks later I noticed a rough start that was loud and briefly caused my Prius to shake. Google indicated that I should check it out because the 3rd generation Prius is known for head gasket problems. I dropped my car off to be checked. My service manager called to say that he “could not replicate the sound” and that I could come pick up my car. I wanted to know what they did and what they checked. I did not want to pay $160 to them to crank up my car and listen for the sound. I can do that for free. He said he would check more and and call me tomorrow. The next day when I called to check on my car I was told that I needed a new engine. I asked what was wrong and was told there was oil in my throttle body and that if I didn’t get a new engine, I would knock a hole in this one. The “new” engine was actually used and had 100,000 miles on it and the cost would be $9,500 for the engine and labor. My current engine has 137,000 miles. The service manager sent me a picture of my throttle body with the oil showing. The service manager did comp the $160 diagnostic fee and said he could help me out with a rental while my car was in the shop. I sent the picture to a friend who said it was a picture of an air intake valve, not a throttle body and he recommended a second opinion at a trusted shop. The mechanic actually checked my car and checked the codes on the diagnostic computer and told me my engine was in good shape and that it had been well maintained. I am glad that I have a second opinion that my car has been well maintained. I can’t tell if the service department at Scott Will just does not take the time to check and diagnose problems with engines and just turns to the most extreme and expensive way to solve a problem or if they regularly run the scam to sell used engines and make money for the shop. Both of these are bad business practices. Always get a second opinion! More
