I test drove a handful of Pilots and he was as patient on the last one as he was on the first one. He answered any questions I had and if he didn't know the answer he would find it out for me. When someone sees the Pilot or rides in it they ask where I got it and I tell them and I make sure I give them Kevin's name because he mad the experience so easy. I am a single mother working with a budget and Kevin worked it out for me. More

He has a mellow/easy going approach with makes the process as stress-free as it can be. I highly recommend him. And while the dealership didn't do everything perfect the first time, they clearly are a quality dealership and business who cared about making it right.
