I waited the whole day for nothing. There was no parts available, they have to order it in advance and was told that they will call me for a new appointment once they have it on hand. I leased my 2023 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe on Dec 29th. On Dec 31st, I was getting engine error issues and oil was burning. I brought it in for service, the agent I was working with said it may take some t On Dec 31st, I was getting engine error issues and oil was burning. I brought it in for service, the agent I was working with said it may take some time to find the issue and arranged a rental car for me. Everything seemed to be going well. After 6 days or so they called me back and said they cant reproduce the issue and that everything appears fine. They did confirm they pulled error codes from the system and not sure what caused it. Fast forward August 2023, 8 months later, I get a bill from the car rental company saying Scott Robinson and Chrysler will not cover the bill because they couldnt find any issue with the car. They slapped me with a $350 bill and just refuse to do anything to help. I have called in to speak with the manager Reu multiple times. I have left multiple messages and he refuses to call me back or even pick up the phone. The standard feedback from every agent is we never promise to cover rental cars and Chrysler's policy is to never provide a rental car. This is absolutely BOGUS!!! Why in the world would you set me up with a car only to refuse to cover the cost. It shouldnt be my responsibility to cover this car especially less than a week after purchasing it, there were mechanical issues. Just because they couldnt recreate the issue they said it doesnt qualify for warranty coverage so they cant cover the cost of the rental. I will make it my mission in life to ensure NOT A SINGLE PERSON I KNOW OR CARE ABOUT WILL GO HERE FOR ANY CAR PURCHASE. I WILL SEND ALL MY ENEMIES HERE because that is how terrible they are to work with. Save yourself the hassle and headache. Dont be charmed by the sales reps save yourself the hassle and go to another dealership. SCOTT ROBINSON should be ashamed for this service. And will likely be hearing from the California Department of Consumer Affairs for this incident. More
The service was great until I spot a missing screw holding the air filter box together a couple of days later, you can see the dust around the missing screw hole. They did call me and asked if I wanted to replace the air filter since they inspected it and said it was dirty. but I said no I have one at home and can drop it in later. So after I found out about the missing screw I left them a message about the missing screw and it’s been almost a week and not one reply. It’s just a screw I can probably find a replacement but not answering a customer’s concern is something else. I will probably not go back. More
