My experience was smooth. I dropped my car off with Betzy, she ordered me a shuttle, and I was able to pick up my Jeep by the end of the day. I dropped my car off with Betzy, she ordered me a shuttle, and I was able to pick up my Jeep by the end of the day. More
The service department has really taken a turn for the worse lately, not that they were ever that great but lately they have been horrendous. When I bought my 2013 Wrangler brand new from Scott Robins worse lately, not that they were ever that great but lately they have been horrendous. When I bought my 2013 Wrangler brand new from Scott Robinson, purchasing the Factory Unlimited Warranty was a must as not only is it a Wrangler it's a Chrysler/Stellantis, neither of which are known for their reliability in modern times. It was a good thing I did, as we have had multiple problems and breakdowns over the course of ownership that would've cost 10's of thousands of dollars to repair without the extended warranty. The problem is that now they seem to find any reason to deny warranty claims that they can. The last time I was able to actually get the warranty repair authorized I literally had to bribe my service advisor with a cash tip as well as sign off on replacement of a bulb to the tune of over $125 (something I definitely could've done on my own) in order for her to authorize my claim. fast forward 5 months and their repair failed and needed to be fixed again. This time I was just straight up denied via text message, after they held onto my car for several days, and when I responded to her text stating that I would be in to discuss this ridiculous on a certain day she didn't bother to respond. Then when I showed up to discuss the issue she wasn't even in the office that day. Just zero respect for my time, zero respect for my (not inexpensive) Chrysler Extended Warranty, and incredibly poor customer service. Last but not least I asked another service advisor that was there for copies of various paperwork as I intend to speak with management in this regard, to which he took my info and promised he would email it right over. Shocking, I know, but I never received it. There are other transgressions I could share here, but it's probably a waste of time. If you plan on buying a Chrysler product with an extended warranty (as you should with any Stellantis vehicle) I would not recommended you do it at Scott Robinson. More
