Do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. They are poorly managed. Service advisors lack the simple understanding with how to navigate their own software to find the necessary parts are required for repair. They have had my truck for over two week. The first week they had to order a hose and said they would try and get it overnight from Texas. The part came in 6 days later on a Saturday said it should only be a couple days for it to be repaired. Tuesday I called three times leaving messages to get a status update, it was not until the afternoon when I was told they had forgot about the truck. Thursday rolls around no update, I call to find out that they had to order two o-rings from the Huntington Beach dealership, those did not show up till the end of the day and they were the wrong parts. Now they have to order the correct o-rings. More
