I will never do business with this shady dealership again nor will I recommend them to anyone else and here is why: I recently purchased a used 2009 Certified Mazda 6, vehicle from Scott Robinson Chrysler D nor will I recommend them to anyone else and here is why: I recently purchased a used 2009 Certified Mazda 6, vehicle from Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep on 10/9/12. Prior to the purchase I was told by the salesman, Jeff Azar that this was a great car with no previous accidents and it had a clean title. Shortly after I purchased the car I began to experience several problems such as the air bag warning light, it is constantly flashing on, the driver side door gives me a lot of problems when I'm trying to open the door to exit the vehicle, it tends to get stuck and to the point where I sometimes feel trapped inside, also the driver side window barely wants to roll up all the way. Last week I took the car to a Mazda Dealer and was told by them that they could not find any warranty records for my vehicle therefore they would not be able to check out my car and I would have to take it back to the dealer I bought it from for service. I then contacted Scott Robinson Chrysler and spoke to Jason the Finance Manager to find out what was going on with my certified warranty and he reassured me that the Mazda dealer must have gotten confused about it. I later told my mother what was going on and she was a little suspicious about everything and suggested that we order a vehicle history on this vehicle asap. Once we ordered the history (thru Auto Check) we found out disturbingly that this car has a junk title. It has a "Unibody Damage title with previous frame damage. This information was never disclosed to us during the purchasing of this vehicle. This is total fraud! Not to mention that I already had financing thru my Credit Union so the dealer has already been paid in full! Yesterday I had a meeting with the General Sales Manager, Dallas Berg along with my mother and stepfather to advise him of this issue and to request a full refund and return the car due to car having a worthless junk title, but of course he tells us that they don't give refunds and he insist that the car fax came back clean but I showed him my Auto Check history which apparently dug alot deeper then his carfax history. He then tells us that if the car has a junk title that they were not aware of it(whose problem is that? They should have!) and in the same breath insisting to us that we could not get a refund. This issue will most likely become a legal matter with a very seasoned Lemon Law Attorney and tons of complaints to every state agency possible. I have advice for other consumers: Please do your homework when shopping for a used car even if it is from a big dealership or what you may think is a well known dealership and don't trust anyone! Ask alot of questions, ask for the car fax and order your own vehicle history thru Autocheck.com it will be the best money you can ever spend, just think of it like getting a home inspection when buying a house. Take your time and give yourself a day or so before signing the sales contract this way you can do all of your research. I hope my story can help others. Good luck! More
I went here to purchase a new Jeep. I will say Alan, my sales person, was great. The downfall was the 3 hour wait for financing. Called for 3 weeks before I had to drive the vehicle to the dealership but got one free movie pass? I traded in a vehicle and the finance company could not close the account until they received addtional paperwork from the dealership. I called the dealership over the next 2 months leaving various messages, routed to mailboxes that I couldnt even leave a message because their mailboxes were full. Spokewith Mike, Steve, and a few others who told me it was taken care of so I would call the previous finance company to get my "closed account" letter just to find out NOTHING had been resolved. Three months later I get a demand letter stating my payoff amount was different than what was given at the time and now have 5 days to pay an addtional $2k. I have called for the last 4 days and guess what......Still no call back. Do NOT go here, worst service EVER. Love my Jeep but you can buy a new Jeep and actually get the customer service you are suppose to get somewhere else. More
This was the first dealership I went to in my search for a new vehicle. I was pleased with the service and thoroughness of Jeff Azar. it's no wonder his office is full of plaques. I had been driving a (boring) fleet vehicle provided by my employer and the agreement was terminating, so I had to purchase a vehicle. Scott Robinson was the first dealer we visited as it is located near our home. We came in to check out the new Dodge Dart and Max Makou assisted us. My husband and I both test drove the vehicle, along with a different vehicle, and really liked the Dart. Max was very friendly and knowledgable and had a nice sense of humor. I had a preapproval letter, and Max set us up with John in the finance department. The dealership was able to match the rate offered. The sale was complete in about two and a half hours start to finish and I'm very happy with my purchase. Max has a ton of sales plaques on his office walls, and they were well earned. I'd happily recommend Scott Robinson. More

First of all I would like to preface this review with the fact that I drove all the way from Ventura to purchase my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Scott Robinson Jeep today. Alan and Fawzy were a tremendous help in not only finding the exact vehicle that I wanted at a ridiculously great price, they made the experience a fun one which believe me I have bought many cars and this one I enjoyed the most! If you are in need of a new vehicle then without a doubt this is your place and Alan and Fawzy will make it happen!! Overall this friendly Internet sales staff and the Finance section lead by Mike is truly exceptional. All I can say is THANK YOU for my new Jeep!!!! More

This one I HAVE TO, they were GREAT and you need to hear it. Why so great? I walked in with an offer in hand for a Jeep from another dealership faaar away, and even though it was below their asking prices, they looked at it and said let us try. Not only that, they did the work FOR ME while I was just calling in to them between my errands, I wasn't the one haggling! Sherry in Sales was WONDERFUL! I told her what my criteria were and the situation, and she searched the stock and called me back to let me know. I was still juggling children (mine AND others'), and she was cool with me stopping by just to say hi quickly and setting a time for later - but still showed me (and three little girls) the Jeep quickly while I had a minute. Later she did a great job getting me what I wanted, and at the price I was looking for. Even though I already had my own preapproved financing, they really wanted to take a shot at it so I let them. Mo and Sherry did half the paperwork for me because I was short on time - heck, they even kept it going while I went and returned a rental car and came back! Their numbers were right in line w/ the financing I already had, so I ultimately did not use theirs, but it was competitive with what I'd found, which was also a great rate. Tough to beat, but they tied it! Last I want to give a good grade to Josh in financing, too - he made the process fast and easy, and frankly it was MY questions that took longer than his rundown. He was very friendly - just as the rest of the staff - and they hung together as a good team to make the whole experience great. I stopped by today just to pick up some paperwork and Sherry hugged my girls and Josh came out smiling to show off his tie...poor guy has to wear a tie... ;) End to end, I was only there three hours, and that included me leaving a couple times in the middle for one thing or another, AND including giving them a shot at competing with my financing, AND me dragging out the process swapping stories with Josh (my bad). That could have easily been 1.5-2 hours, but once I had the price I was looking for I admit I relaxed a bit. ;) And this all happened with a 13 yr old tagging along, as well as a short stint when the 9 yr olds came back (!!!), and they took the chaos of children in stride. I plan to be back, as someday I may be trading up from my Liberty to a Wrangler, and there's service to be done in between. Thank you Sherry & Josh for making this easy! More
