The worst buying experience ever. The worst Financing Ever THE WORST car buying experience I ever had ! This dealership has the most unprofessional and lazy workers I ever seen. I bought a new Wrangler THE WORST car buying experience I ever had ! This dealership has the most unprofessional and lazy workers I ever seen. I bought a new Wrangler Jeep in The beginning of April but thanks to Finance Associate Steve Spoosner , I had to return the car in June because he deliberately did not finish up financing properly and the loan failed. I bought the car with a 788 credit score in April. They said its in transit and would come the same Friday. I did not receive the car until May. After I picked up the car , the finance guy steve called mw and told mw to come office to-talk to financing bank. I did. Then a week later he called mw and he said he changed my finances company to another bank one with more interest rates!! Like from 3.9 to 5.9 percent. I said ok to that. Then I found out they gave me a car with less options and they took it from another dealership costs 5000$ less. Anyway I still did not say anything . But until steve spooner calls me and tells me he could not get the financing for me and he need the car back. This is ridiculous, I bought another car same time with no hassle in 10 minutes but this one has been giving headaches because of the unethical processing of Steve Spooner and the other team members. This place is a SCAM. do yourself a favor and do t even bother going here. Steve also held on my return check and did not respond for 1 month for my refund! I also have a really bad service issue with another car bit I will write this in another comment. Basically I would not even let Steve to work at my Candy Shoo to give change!! I dont know how they made this unprofessional and unethical guy a finance manager!! I lost 3 months of my life going back and fort to this scammers! Guess what I ended up buying same car in a different dealership in less than 2 hours with all financing done at the same time!!! More
