Overheated, but Keep Calm and Carry On On my way to DTLA on Thursday when my 2005 Dodge began to overheat. The smell of something funky burning [leaking coolant] and smoke [actually steam] was noticeable from under the hood when stopped for traffic signals. I opted to skip Jury Duty and face the consequences later and headed back home. I decided to give nearby Scott Robinson a try and brought it there to be serviced. Norma Espinosa, Service Advisor was a delight to work with and had a calming effect. Although the job took more than a day to repair, due to scheduling, she kept me informed with status updates. In case anyone is wondering, I was fortunate to have my jury service transferred to Torrance and didn't lose credit for time already served. But, I had to report in-person at the courthouse on Friday morning. Norma saved me from walking over a mile by offering their complimentary, Courtesy Shuttle Ride. And, when my vehicle was ready for pick-up, I received a discount as well. I would definitely consider Scott Robinson CDJR for vehicle service in the future. Thank you Norma for looking out for me. Once again amazing service at Scott Robinson CDJR Had to do my 25,000 mile service on my Jeep SRT and they always are extremely accommodating and efficient.
