Cesar was pulled into a Warranty meeting and unavailable at the time of my Service appointment when I arrived. Norma stepped up to greet me, write up and process my Service request . Norma also made time to correct errors in my service profile that have existed for quite awhile. Cesar returned to discuss my service request and he managed my service from beginning to end. I really appreciate this level of teamwork and professionalism from these two employees. This is the type of service experience I look forward to when I bring my Wrangler in for service. Thank you. Oil change I came in for a simple oil change and when my vehicle was ready I found that the navigation system had been disabled and even my phone was no longer c I came in for a simple oil change and when my vehicle was ready I found that the navigation system had been disabled and even my phone was no longer connected. I had to call out a service advisor to reset everything. I don’t understand why it is necessary to disconnect the battery (I assume) for a simple oil change. Mileage Service Took my 2017 Charger in for regular 6000 mile service and a recall. Service took all day. Was able to get a ride home, but no pick up.
