Service manager needs service training. Work has been horrible. i would not feel right giving one star. Had to bring our Rubicon to a gas station to repair the work done at Scott Robinson. Had to bring our Rubicon to a gas station to repair the work done at Scott Robinson. i have purchased several cars at Scott Robinson over the years. i have also used the service for several years. The service has slowly declined to a unsatisfactory level. Staff has no experience. The management does not care, no one returns calls. Avoid this place at all cost. I write this review after doing business there for over 25 years including purchasing several cars. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a real dealership. More

Over a weeks period and close to 20 phone calls I couldn't get a single person to return my call on the status of my vehicle. For 6 days it sat for them to finally tell me the repairs had to be made at another dealership. However they told me on a Saturday when the service dept was aware of this days before, which they failed to tell me and delayed my repairs until the following week. This in turn cost me the use of my vehicle and the extended cost of a rental vehicle. I will be taking this to a more competent dealer service department. BEWARE! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'tried once again to contact your service manager Brian. He is nowhere to be found or contacted. Won't return my calls or answer the phone. My car was transferred to another dealership to make the repairs. But what do you know. Your service technicians cleared my check engine light and codes. Now the other dealership can't find the problem nor will warranty pay for repairs without the codes. I was calling to try to get my scan report but NO ONE in the service dept will answer. Not even your manager. And when I went to have my car towed your dealership had the audacity to charge me. For what!? A $300 parking spot!? I didn't think your dealership could get much worse. Guess what I was wrong. It's much worse!! More
Bought Ram 2500 I found the truck I was interested in on-line. I called the dealership with the stock number. They had it available and made sure it was out of thei I found the truck I was interested in on-line. I called the dealership with the stock number. They had it available and made sure it was out of their storage area and at the dealership so I could take a look. The salesman was gracious enough to show us some other comparable trucks. I settled on the first one and purchased it. The paperwork and financing was very quick and efficient and the dealer thoroughly detailed the truck and put a full tank of diesel in it. They then made arrangements to have running boards installed and that was done quickly and very professionally. More

I've been going to Scott Robinson for 8 years with my 2011 RAM R/T truck and always received excellent service. I recently traded my RAM for a 2006 Magnum SRT-8 and immediately brought it to Scott Robinson's Service Dept. for an oil and filter change along with an inspection. My service writer was Norma Espinosa; she was enthusiastic about her job, professional and she understood and addressed any and all questions/concerns I had. While I waited for the service, Norma kept me updated on progress and when the service was complete Norma found me at the dealership, explained the service and inspection results and personally walked me and introduced me to the cashier. That's class. I also had the bonus of talking directly to the mechanic who serviced my vehicle, a huge plus to a person like myself who is interested and wants to know as much as possible about their vehicle. I have to mention that I am a DIY guy but coming in with the service offers I get from Chrysler and Scott Robinson, I can rarely do the jobs myself for less money; the parts and labor charges are extremely competitive and very fair. I'm looking forward to my continuing relationship with Chrysler products and service as provided by Scott Robinson Chrysler. More
