Terriif service from my rep Yeimy Beltran did a terrific job for me explaining what I needed, the costs and we arranged for an appointment when I returned from a holiday. All went smoothly, costs were as predicted and Yeimy arranged for me to be picked up when the car was done. I asked if that would be possible so I could avoid paying for a taxi. That Is the first time I've asked as usually I just wait or arrange another way to pick up my car. But this is expensive work and I never take my 2012 Charger anywhere else. Just terrific service every time. Please stay in business! More

Great Internet Sales Experience Sales staff was great. That being said, I don't really have anything to judge the Service Department against, however, my vehicle was NOT detailed by Sales staff was great. That being said, I don't really have anything to judge the Service Department against, however, my vehicle was NOT detailed by the time that I had left the dealership. Thus my 4 star rating below. In fact, I believe that it was the Sales rep., Anthony who put on the license plate in the rear and washed/vacuumed the vehicle before I left. To Anthony's credit he did apologize and did say that when I had some time to return to the dealership to call him and he would schedule a new car detail for me ... I live in Orange County! Great customer service on his part ... NOT so much for the Service Dept. More

He exemplifies what I believe makes a dealership great, i.e., good personable service that builds trust with every experience. Edgar and Pete Serrano in Finance gave me the best deal possible. Wow! The thorough orientation on my new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid with Marcos Rodriguez’ was much appreciated. I look forward to my next visit because of the personable, dependable service they provide. I have had service issues in the past and have had to to drop off car for at least 3 days. So decided just to have oil change and let service adviser know if message appears again, I would drop off the car. Surprisingly the oil change and tire rotation did not take a half day, so this visit was not as bad as other visits. More

That said, my initial scheduled visit was a week ago and when I arrived last week I was told it would be 2.5-3 hrs, after being told on the phone it would be 1.5 hours. I had to leave as I didn't have time to wait. Other issue is after the servicing yesterday, when reviewing the paperwork at home, I noticed a recommendation was on an attached sheet to replace the air and cabin filters. It would have been nice if the service advisor had called me mid-service to advise me of this and give me the option to have it performed while the car was still at the dealer. Now I have to come back again and it's a missed sales opportunity for the dealership ( a lose-lose). More
Great salesman Diego I went to the Dealership with a Pacifica in mind. Diego was great, he hopped in a car and took me to see all of the Pacificas they had. He showed me a few different styles and directed me to the vans that fit my need. He didn’t insist on upselling me, though he did show me the nicest Pacifica they had, but didn’t make me drive that one and then sell me a different style. I drove the Van I Bought. Diego was personable and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush me or pressure me in any way and I appreciated the lack of salesman mumbo-jumbo. He also factored in my his husbands requests, even though he was not with me. I sent him back to the money guys 6 times. He never seemed to mind or be frustrated. I sold the dealership my Mazda CX-9. I had a quote from Shift with me and they upped it by 500. So that I could more easily get out of my old lease. It was so easy, I didn’t have to drive it to a Mazda dealership or anything. The Finace guy, Scott I believe was also very personable and genuine. As a Female, I have encountered a lot of inappropriate behavior when buying and servicing my vehicles over the years. I didn’t get any of that here. I went to this dealership because they seemed to have the largest selection of Minivans. My only criticism is that the beverages and food perks were awful. The lobby is very 3 star hotel feeling. Basic and not particularly clean or dirty. Just basic. Waiting for as long as it takes to buy a car, I was there for 4.5 hours start to finish, I would have greatly appreciated WiFi and other healthy snack. More
