JT made the process quick and easy and was even willing to deliver the vehicle to me the same day without even having to walk into the dealership. I knew which vehicle I wanted when I spoke to him on the phone the first time and within 30 minutes I was approved and the deal was done. He communicated with me through text and he delivered the vehicle to my house the next day updating me on his ETA several times. When he arrived he even wiped down the vehicle and made sure it was spotless and went over all of its features before he left. I would absolutely refer family and friends to JT and this dealership in the future. More

Open the hood to try to jump start it - looks like someone already jumpstarted my car (covers from jumpstarting pins removed). Well, I changed oil at Scott Robinson a few days earlier so nobody else but them jumpstarted my car. They haven’t warned me or replaced the faulty battery which should be still under warranty. Tried to call dealership to make sure that my battery is still under warranty and if I could bring my Jeep to them immediately, but person that answered the call kept transferring my calls to the general 1800 number. On a 4th time, she checked if any service advisor is available to help but nobody was... Well, paid AAA guy for a new battery that I did have to buy. Extremely disappointed with the service or lack of it. More
