Cesar Arizmendi is This review is for the extraordinary customer service I received in my visit to Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Torrance. Cesar Arizmendi is my "go to" for any/all service related concerns. There is a reason for that; Cesar always treats me makes me feel like I am his only customer. In our ever changing, swiftly moving world, it's a refreshing change from what has become the norm. When I arranged the appointment, Cesar guided me as to what would be needed to perform the factory recommended 60,000 service. He said he would also work with me on budget by confirming exactly what would be needed. While the service manual stipulated a transmission fluid exchange, Cesar confirmed that the eight (8) speed transmission in my car did not require the service. This was an expense savings I hadn't expected. Honesty, integrity, respect and appreciation; these are the qualities Cesar always brings to the relationship. I take my car to Scott Robinson for all maintenance items. The foregoing details why. Who wouldn't be thrilled to find this type of service? More

It was a great experience. Yeimy explained how long it would take and offered me a ride if needed. No other service person had ever offered that before. Horrible service don’t waste your time. I live 5 mins but drive a 1/2 hour away to be treated with kindness and respect . Only a matter of time before this place closes down.
