This wa While Anthony handled my car as it was received by the tow truck operator, he was ill on the 4th day my car was in the service department. This was dropped off just before Christmas. On the 27th of December 2022, when Anthony was out, Gladys took it upon herself to find out what the diagnosis was on my car and communicate that to me. I authorized the repair and my car was ready the following morning. I met Anthony Morales, smiling (as usual) and learned that he had already had my car pulled out and ready for me! Fantastic (as my schedule that day was quite tight). More

Called multiple times to see if they can handle the mess up and I spent 2 hours to get someone on the phone just to be put on hold each time and disconnected. More

The car needed some maintaince but was working fine, and has never had any issues prior to this appointment. Despite my appointment made 2 weeks in advance, my car was not looked at for 2 days. After 5 days at the shop, I was charged $3000 for various things that they said needed to be fixed. WIthin 12 hours of picking up my car, it has shut off completely while I was driving and I was forced to have it towed back to the Scott Robinson Dealership. It stayed there for 2 days where I was assured that they couldnt findany issues, and the service coordinator, Anthony Morales, actually suggested I had "gotten some bad gas at the station." I had no choice but to pick it. On my way home from the dealerhip, it broke down again, and the check engine light came on. I tried to drive it again the next morning and its shut off while driving within 5 mins of startiung my drive, with a terrible burning smell to accompany. Ive called seeking out the manager Brian Moore who is apparently on vacation, and the intermin manager has yet to return my calls. I resorted to filming the car issues on my phone so I have proof that my car isnt perfectly fine as they claim. More

They all run to Ashley for advice, which is not efficient and made me uncomfortable about their knowledge base. When I called the sales and service dept to see about scheduling a diagnostic and tutorial of a used Charger that I purchased from an Audi dealer, the associate told me to just come in appointment free to talk to a sales rep. The associate further instructed me to ask for Ashley. When I arrived a salesman named Marco told me to go back to the Audi dealer to learn the SRT mode and launch mode functionality of the charger. Why would I do that? I told Marco that Audi doesnt specialize in Dodge Chargers and that his sales dept told me to come in for a quick tutorial. Marco was condescending and told me that he couldn't help me since I didn't buy the car from their dealership and abruptly, rudely walked away. Another salesman followed him. They all told me that Ashley was off and not in the office. When I went to talk to a manger, Ashley magically appeared. Despite Ashley being the product knowledge guru on Scat Packs, he deferred me to Jason. Jason finally got me set up with an app that I had no knowledge of that he felt could answer my questions. I have primarily bought European cars so I was unaware of this app. The only reason I gave one star is because Jason took time to help me. I should not have had to navigate levels of management for something that takes only 10 minutes. The sales people kept on about how they're working on commission and it would waste their time to give me a quick tutorial. However, only one of them had a customer on a test drive. That's my next point. I went in to inquire about chargers before I bought one from the Audi dealer. When I test drove one at Scott Robinson Dodge, I was accompanied by another salesperson. Other customers who looked like me that I saw on that same day were accompanied by sales people on their test drives. Today, I noticed customers who didn't look like me being allowed to test drive vehicles on their own. I cant say that I understood this and left puzzled. Giving bebefit of the doubt, maybe they have to accompany customers on test drives for the 392 Hemi's. Jason is an exception, and the rest were terrible, including management. Pay attention to the rest of the many reviews about poor customer service and the sales people giving you the run around! More
Take your business elsewhere - Horrible customer service experience from the people at this location. They of course act truly helpful during the buying process but once that deal is signed they do not care experience from the people at this location. They of course act truly helpful during the buying process but once that deal is signed they do not care you were a customer of theirs. They heavily promote the Mopar app when you get a vehicle from them and the countless emails from Jeep to leverage the app for everything. Then when you make appointments on said app to get your car serviced, receive a confirmation and reminder text night before, only to show up that you no longer have an appointment and it is first come first service anything with an oil change. They give you some run around that the app is faulty or it’s an offsite system and quote what is on their website, but no longer the app they spoke highly of. Worst part, no empathy or caring from the Sales Team or Service Department about the misinformation. They are just onto the next poor sap to get their money and kick to the curb. There’s other friendlier Jeep dealers in Los Angeles to take your business to, certainly what I will be doing. More
