On the 27th of December 2022, when Anthony was out, Gladys took it upon herself to find out what the diagnosis was on my car and communicate that to me. I authorized the repair and my car was ready the following morning. I met Anthony Morales, smiling (as usual) and learned that he had already had my car pulled out and ready for me! Service writer was great but that's where it ends.
