This is deff the worst place I’ve ever gone to service my car. Completely ATROCIOUS service from everyone involved in clueing the manager when I picked up my car. It took them a week to diagnose the car. No phone call what so ever. I had to call them repeatedly. Then when I finally get an answer and a rep they tell me another week to fix. No ask about a rental. No care for the fact that I was without my primary form of transportation for almost 3 full weeks. I got silence. Neil the day I picked up the car. I brought my jeep in for service and on return, i found condiments from a fast food restaurant which lead me to believe that while taking my vehicle out on a test drive, that the mechanic decided to stop a condiments from a fast food restaurant which lead me to believe that while taking my vehicle out on a test drive, that the mechanic decided to stop and grab lunch. I also found a pair of used black plastic gloves on the floor by my gas pedal and the other on my gear control. I called and asked to speak with the service manager and he/she forward the call to my service guy Paul. I received a call back from Paul (who was very professional) and explained to him the concerns i had. In return, I was told that I would be receiving a call back from the Service Manager and now at day two, no call back. I just hope that using a customers vehicle for personal use, is Not a daily practice of this Service center or any other Dealership. More
What a waste of a Sunday afternoon. Went in looking to purchase a Jeep Compass. Contacted them the evening before to ask if there was any dealer markups as I was not going. After filling out an application they come back with almost $3,000.00 in dealer markups for all xx. They refuse to sell it without the markup and tell me my trade which I looked up on there website the night before at$3,000.00 plus was only worth $500.00. Needless to say we walked. Would be nice to go to a dealer and just be able to buy the car for the price they advertise. More

I didn't get my notice regarding my appointment so I missed it. It would be nice to get notice and call if I missed the appointment. Also my windshield have been replaced 2 times already and need to missed it. It would be nice to get notice and call if I missed the appointment. Also ride service to pick me up was canceled - this might've been the ride share service's fault but was cancelled and I paid my own way it was over $25 - which I'm not happy I had to pay! More
I purchased a new 2024 Jeep Rubicon 924 for 100k. Our sales rep is 10/10 recommended. The finance person, Pete Serrano, was completely unprofessional, demeaning, aggressive, and sexist. He started pushing a higher warranty. I politely declined. His responses kept getting more and more aggressive each time I declined. He kept escalating the situation until my husband walked in the room, and then he backed off. At this point, I was at the brink of tears. Some of the demeaning comments: 'You spent all of this of on a vehicle, what is another $1800 to you? It should be nothing to you." My response: "I will pass." His response, "Wow. Okay." I told him I will review it and make a decision at a later date. He didn't like that response even though at the end he admitted the price will remain effective for 30 days after purchase A couple minutes later, "You are going to keep this vehicle for a while. No one drops 20k on a down payment, spends so much on a vehicle to not protect it. You don't care about warranty?... Wow." Then the sexist comments started. "Go ask your husband. He will see what a good deal this is. He wouldn't pass up a good deal like this." Mind you, I was the only one financing the vehicle. This was my purchase. I told him I was very uncomfortable because he was pressuring me. He didn't let up. He continued to ask me why I was so serious, and I should lighten up. My husband then walked into the room, he told him to listen to my no, and then he responded by saying he will shut up from that point. By the end of the transaction, he tried to take it all back saying he didn't mean me (gaslighting), and I should leave happy buying such an expensive vehicle. I continued with the sale because I wanted the vehicle and had a great experience with my sales rep, but I am completely disgusted with Pete Serrano. I haven't met this kind of trash of a person in a while. His behavior is completely unacceptable, and I will be taking further action against him. More
I worked with JT and we were able to negotiate a price that was agreeable before I drove down to the Dealer, he made the buying process very easy, he also got me all setup on the RAM app. The finance mana that was agreeable before I drove down to the Dealer, he made the buying process very easy, he also got me all setup on the RAM app. The finance manager Pete was very helpful and walked me thru the process with no hiccups. As a Bonus buying from Scott Robinson getting the lifetime limited power train warranty is a plus. More
