Took my vehicle for oil change and have them check on a noice it was making with the shocks or the suspension just to have them check it. Initially I understood that it would stay overnight but days went by and that turned into a whole week waiting for a diagnosis. I do understand that it can take time to fix or just to diagnose. I was really frustrated for the lack of communication from anyone letting me know what was being done. Until I called and they said ok it’s here ready. My car was probably just sitting there and no one bothered to call me. And according to the initial text when you droped off my vehicle it says “Please use this txt to call me or text me”. Just a really bad experience and lack of professionalism. More
The service coordinator did not return my calls (two the day my van was supposed to be picked up and one the second morning) to check on the progress of my van. The second day after another call was not returned I went to the dealership and found my van sitting in the parking versus being serviced. The service coordinator sent a text after he returned from lunch saying he never received the messages I left. I have the dates showing the calls and the minutes verifying I left messages. Last, when I picked up my van it showed the tire pressure was checked, yet as I started driving away, I received an alert that all four tires were low. It is my hope that everything else they stated in the paperwork that was completed/checked was actually done. I would welcome a call from the dealership to discuss my concerns. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! And the fact that they don't learn from the dozens of conversations they record is disturbing. I called and was told I couldn't get an appointment until 3 weeks from the day I called. I didn't receive a single call explaining the status of my car after I dropped it off. Betzy called and left a message at the wrong number because she added the wrong number to my account. I expected them to have my number on file since I've been there several times in the last 10 years. I waited 3 days and never received a called. I called on the third day and Edgar discovered the wrong number on file. He told me someone would call Monday and they didn't. I dropped my car off Wednesday and the status of my car was still unknown 5 days later. I called 7 days later and no one answered. When someone finally answered, they forwarded me to Betzy and she never answered. I left a message and she never called. I called back and the lady told me I had to speak to Betzy. I demanded to speak to the service manager considering its been 7 days and I hadn't heard from Betzy. The lady placed me on hold and after 3 mins she returned and said my engine was taken apart and she would have Betzy call me by the end of the day. I begged her to remind Betzy. She still didn't call. She texted me and said she'd let me know the status of my car tomorrow. I begged her to give me the status of my car considering it's been 7 days. She text me stating the cost would be $3k to fix my car. I told her I wanted my car back. She said I had to pay for teardown. I asked if the teardown was covered by the $240 service charge I agreed to pay when I dropped it off. She didn't respond. She text me the next day stating my car was ready for pickup with a link to pay $996. Prior experiences with Scott Robinson urged me to take my car somewhere else. For 7 days, I didn't know the status of my car and getting to and from work was a nightmare. I lost $1400 on transportation and what feels like a ransom payment to get my car back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Scott Robinson Dodge Jeep whatever. You will pay for it in time, money, and mental stress. I recognize in the negative comments the consistency in which customers complained about poor customer service and excessive charges. The common response from the company is to call the dealership. Customer service is the problem and they're telling me to call customer service? It's like telling someone you have aggrieved to call you so that you can apologize. Dumb! Quality is no accident. It is the result of high intention and sincere effort. I don't expect them to get better. I've been a customer for 10 years and nothing has changed. I am certain this business simply don't give a xxxx about their customers. They focus their effort on how much money they can get from their customers. They know their customers need help and they take advantage of it. More
