The service was great until I spot a missing screw holding the air filter box together a couple of days later, you can see the dust around the missing screw hole. So after I found out about the missing screw I left them a message about the missing screw and it’s been almost a week and not one reply. It’s just a screw I can probably find a replacement but not answering a customer’s concern is something else. I will probably not go back. More

Brought in Jeep in June for electric factory recall. 2 weeks after jeep stopped charging, has door wouldn’t open and when had to manually open the tank won’t fill properly the pump shuts off repeatedly 2 weeks after jeep stopped charging, has door wouldn’t open and when had to manually open the tank won’t fill properly the pump shuts off repeatedly. Finally was able to take in on 7/25 and had for 2 days then returned it with nothing fixed and said had to order parts to fix. It is now 8/17 and still have not heard back on when parts will arrive. Left a few messages with front desk and said would get back to me but still no word on when this issue will be resolved. Going on 4 weeks which seems excessively to order parts. More

I don’t see what’s the point of making a apt when my car will just be sitting in the lot for 6 days without being work on. I have a ring camera that lets me know on my phone when my car is turn on or off & will just be sitting in the lot for 6 days without being work on. Great experience at new express service. In and out for oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. Jay (sp?) was fantastic. Only suggestion would be to upgrade waiting lounge area a bit.
