Worse Business Practices Ever We would never recommend Scott Motor Coach. We put $500.00 down on a unit after communicating back anad forth for more than two weeks. Agreed upon a price w/trade with salesman and sales manager, sending pictures of ours with a copy of the spec sheet noting VIN, year, model, etc. roughly 10 days before settlement date. We were to finalize deal (based upon appearance and driveability on both ends as it is 2 hours away) on a Tuesday morning--had bank check for full amount, title, insurance card, our unit cleaned out 98% and received a phone call MID-AFTERNOON Monday, THE DAY BEFORE, saying the General Manager said the numbers were off and we'd need another $18,000! The GM would not speak with us or return our phone call. The inconvenience to us was unbelievable (since we were going away a month or so later and NOW had to re-pack ours)! What a terrible way to do business! More
