Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience with my Kia Optima and this dealership’s service department. My engine burns more oil than gas…which has now destroyed my catalytic converter as a result. It onl Optima and this dealership’s service department. My engine burns more oil than gas…which has now destroyed my catalytic converter as a result. It only has 65,000 miles on it. It was less than 1 month past warranty when I brought it in and, despite them being able to help a customer with a problem, the service manager has told me that they have decided not to. I now own a Kia Optima with a bad engine, bad catalytic converter with only 65,000 miles on it, that I bought from them, and they have decided to not help this customer. More

Worst treatment and disrespect I have ever received in my life from their Service Department. Very arrogant and condescending. It included the service manager who was the worst of all. It’s no wonder his life from their Service Department. Very arrogant and condescending. It included the service manager who was the worst of all. It’s no wonder his employees follow his example. Would never return to this dealership for service or anything else ever!! From a 4 time Hyundai and Kia vehicle owner none of which were purchased from Scott Kia. More

Buyer BEWARE. Jim McDonald the GM at this Kia dealer is Argumentative, doesn't take ownership for the dealers adds, mistating miles on cars and even condition afte Jim McDonald the GM at this Kia dealer is Argumentative, doesn't take ownership for the dealers adds, mistating miles on cars and even condition after the Kia certified inspection. Went there to buy a Tulluride advertised on the internet. Broken tail light and miles not correct none of this was their problem. Two tires changed but others passed said Jim McDonald the Kia General Manager. AWD with just two tires changed. His reply, " Not going to put any more money into it" Time to move on!!! We Will buy a TULLURIDE this week but NOT FROM SCOTT and Mr. McDonald!! Can't be sure of anything listening to Him!! More

I called for a service issue and Maggie Keifer set me right up for service. On the day of service I was greeted by John, then welcomed by my service adviser, Zaire Sumner. He pulled up my records, aske right up for service. On the day of service I was greeted by John, then welcomed by my service adviser, Zaire Sumner. He pulled up my records, asked me about my issue and explained their process. A few hours later Zaire called, explained the findings by their tech, Matt Lehman, who made the necessary adjustments and tested my car to make sure my issue was resolved. The shuttle driver, Harper Kimberly called to confirm he was minutes away and he delivered me back to the dealership promptly. The car was returned clean. Zaire explained what was done and thanked me for being a Scott customer. A wonderful experience with everyone involved in the Service Department. More
