Do not take your car to this dealership. They kept our car for just under a month without providing any communication to us, or even ordering parts for our car. They routinely lied and claimed our insurance agent was unresponsive despite our agent’s repeated outreach to Matt H. Not only did Matt claim he never spoke with our agent, he also reported he never even met him in-person. This was proven false information. Our agent showed us repeated email correspondence and outreach attempts to follow up on our claim. He also provided photos of our car at the dealership when he met with Matt two days after we dropped our car off for repair. When it was finally time to get our car after a month of waiting, Matt could not find our paperwork and the shop left glass all over our backseat, despite adding additional costs and time for “detailing.” We will be filing a complaint with the head office at Kia for this unacceptable service. I visited all the local Kia dealers, Scott was last, but clearly the best. Called and was told to come right in. I was greeted warmly and only waited a couple of minutes.Tiffany was amazing, she actually clearly the best. Called and was told to come right in. Jeff was an excellent salesman. He knew every little in and out of the vehicle to make sure I was aware of all of the functions that my new Kia had to offer.
