No issues the past 9 years with my 2016 Sorrento. Dealership has no record of my 10 year power train warranty, told me to call kia corporate. Called corporate and they said I was still covered. But when asked why dealership does not have any records of it, they told me to call dealership. I told them that was very poor customer service and that they should coordinate between the two for the customers sake and got nowhere. Was considering buying a new kia Sorrento or Telluride, but having doubts now about that! More

Pedro and Jon were fantastic! They were both patient and answered every question and concern. The finance manager, however, could use a lesson on how to speak to customers. His aggressive tone left little to be desired. If Pedro and Jon were not so wonderful, I would have taken business elsewhere based solely on that interaction. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will return or recommend to anyone because of him. More
My wife has used scott kia for years. I switched for their service department. Always friendly and never try to push additional unnecessary maintenance packages. Great waiting room. We just traded in my hyundai sonata for a kia sorento and we love it. Carolyn was amazing! We test drove 3 different trims and had her running all over. She did it with a smile. Great experience! More
