Do not take your car to this dealership. They kept our car for just under a month without providing any communication to us, or even ordering parts for our car. They routinely lied and claimed our insurance agent was unresponsive despite our agent’s repeated outreach to Matt H. Not only did Matt claim he never spoke with our agent, he also reported he never even met him in-person. This was proven false information. Our agent showed us repeated email correspondence and outreach attempts to follow up on our claim. He also provided photos of our car at the dealership when he met with Matt two days after we dropped our car off for repair. When it was finally time to get our car after a month of waiting, Matt could not find our paperwork and the shop left glass all over our backseat, despite adding additional costs and time for “detailing.” We will be filing a complaint with the head office at Kia for this unacceptable service.
