Writing this review on behalf of my father whom I accompanied during his recent car purchase. Always have had great experiences with the service department and had a great experience purchasing a veh accompanied during his recent car purchase. Always have had great experiences with the service department and had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here over a decade ago. Had a less than stellar experience in 2021 attempting to purchase a Telluride. They were low on inventory, had ridiculous dealer fees on top of the MSRP for the inventory they did have and the sales folks weren't making the hugest effort to sell cars at the time. I was hesitant to refer my Dad here and when we first arrived I thought it would be more of the same as we had to ask for help and weren't approached after looking for at least 20 mins.. I'm going to assume they were understaffed but I'm so happy that when we did get help it was from Jeff B.. It was great that we got the "features expert" of the dealership who was patient and friendly with my Dad who is older and not used to things like Bluetooth and parking assistance. Jeff explained everything thoroughly and made the process as transparent and smooth as possible. First time I've ever left a dealership feeling confident and not having to play tug of war for hours. Jeff even made sure to get my referral paperwork completed before leaving for bringing them a new customer. Jeff restored my confidence in this dealership for purchases! More
