Wow! I can't say enough good things about the Scott Kia Service team. I came to Scott because another smaller dealer was not able to handle my rather larg I can't say enough good things about the Scott Kia Service team. I came to Scott because another smaller dealer was not able to handle my rather large Warranty issue without a long delay. Scott Kia stepped in and was there to help, they got the issue diagnosed quickly and got approval from Kia Corporate to complete the work with a much quicker turn around than I ever expected. Service Advisor Antonio was excellent with updating me on the progress and when it would be ready. They even did an amazing detail of the car after the work was completed. Thank you Scott Kia.
