The problem is I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the customer service experience afterwards. I recently traded in a lease early to begin a new lease. Unfortunately for me, the paperwork was messed up and I was double billed (both the returned and new vehicle) for the next month. So I was out almost $300 right at the holiday. On 12/22/16 I contacted KIA Finance and I was told I had to go through the dealership. I relayed this to Jim (the salesperson who I dealt with through the entire process) and he told me I shouldn't have been billed and he'd take care of it. I followed up with Jim 1/2/17 and he told me when he called he didn't get anywhere with it. He asked for me to call him back 1/4/17 to remind him to take care of it because he was really busy. I called him (left a voicemail) 1/3/17 to let him know I'd be out of the country until 1/8/17 and I'd follow up when I got back. When I called him 1/9/17 he told me that he called a bunch of people down there and everyone was saying that I needed to be the person calling. He told me to call and if I had a problem give the person I’m speaking with his phone number. I proceeded to call KIA Finance, and explained my situation. The woman let me know that they couldn’t refund me until the dealership sends payment to them. I asked her if there was a specific manager/person that I could direct Jim to call, and she told me there wasn’t they just need to send payment. I called Jim right back to relay the message. When I got his voicemail I told him exactly what they said, and expressed my frustration letting him know that this was getting out of hand. To this day I've never heard back from Jim. On 1/11/17 I called and asked for a Sales Manager. I was given the voicemail of Ed (I left a message and never heard back.) On 1/13/17 I called and left another message for Jim (No call back.) Next I reached out to customer service on the website by sending them a detailed breakdown of what was going on. On 1/19/17 I received a call from the customer service telling me that they couldn't do anything money related and to call Finance (who already told me they couldn't do anything.) I called Scott KIA of Springfield back and asked for a sales manager again. This time I got Rob's voicemail. When I didn't get a response by 1/20/17 I called back again and asked for Steve (the GM), left him a voicemail and never heard back. Thankfully Rob called me back 1/21/17 and quickly told me that he was sorry for the misunderstanding and he would cut me a check (You'd think Jim would've been able to initiate this process a month earlier.) Nicole followed up with me 1/31/17 to make sure I did receive the check. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and I really appreciate the effort on both her and Rob's part. For a majority of this process I felt completely disrespected and taken advantage of. At one point I truly believed I would never get my money back. As a person who works in sales/customer service I am blown away by the run around/complete disregard I was treated with. You would think they would offer to take care of an additional payment to smooth things over, but I wasn't even offered a free oil change... More

I brought another car in for a service appointment and I just recently purchased a car from Scott Kia in December and that experience was excellent. I brought another car in for a service appointment and to be honest, I was not truly happy with the car. It was a stick shift and I wanted to look at getting out of it, but I was only about half way through my lease. Allen, Rob and Nicole worked hard to put together another great deal to get me not only out of the stick shift, but upgraded me into a larger car with more features. Thanks again for all of the hard work! More

Treating me with upmost respect Nicole the financial advisor really went out of her way to make sure she connected with me and took the time to even call me and make sure that I was Nicole the financial advisor really went out of her way to make sure she connected with me and took the time to even call me and make sure that I was okay hours after my purchase. I felt like she was standing up for me as being this is my first car purchase and being a women. Really made sure I was good with everything and went over all the paperwork with me and didn't make me stupid at all since I didn't know anything about what gap was also interested rates. She really talked to me as a friend and not just a client. I am overall exemly happy with the way I was treated. More

We gave our price range and they showed us exactly how to achieve our goal without sacrificing our needs. FINDING MY SORRENTO !!!!!! Sulwyn really worked hard getting us the Sorrento that we wanted. She kept us informed every step of the way. Shawn Deuber explained every line of the charges and took his time to ensure we understood every warranty that we purchased. We had such a pleasurable time dealing with the Scott Team that they are in the process of finding a second Sorrento for my family! I will recommend the dealership to my friends and family! More
