Friendly and Pleasant Experience I was very pleased with my experience at Scott Kia of Springfield. They had the exact car I was looking for and went out of there way to contact me ab I was very pleased with my experience at Scott Kia of Springfield. They had the exact car I was looking for and went out of there way to contact me about it. When I arrived at the dealership they were very welcoming and accommodating. Amy (who had already emailed me pictures of the car) was there to help me look it over and test drive it. The next day I met Ed who had alerted Amy that they had my Forte EX there. We had a great conversation while Amy got my paperwork ready. Then we went back to Nicole's office to go over the financing. She explained everything clearly and it detail. The time went by in a flash and it was so much fun talking with her. I am really happy with the choice I made, this car is really sharp and rides great.
