I’ve been looking to sell my Jeep. I decided to see the value so I checked KBB, after seeing the value it asked me to do an instant offer, so I did. 3 dealerships came up, Scott Kia wa I decided to see the value so I checked KBB, after seeing the value it asked me to do an instant offer, so I did. 3 dealerships came up, Scott Kia was one of them. They were the closest one to me so when they called me I scheduled an appointment with them. They then called several more times to make sure I was coming to my appointment. When I got to my appointments I was informed that there was no one there to look at my Jeep to sell it to them. I explained I had an appointment and was told that the people making the calls aren’t even in the building so they have no idea what’s going on and people keep showing up for appointments. I don’t know, call me crazy if you have a call center making your calls maybe some type of communication with them is necessary and if I wasn’t the only one who showed up this is a problem. I was reschedule for the next day at 3:30. I showed up at 3:25 spoke to the same women at the front, she had me take a seat and went into the back and then back to her desk. I sat there for over a half hour. I finally got up and told her I had been waiting a long time and I was going to leave so she went into the back room again, when she came back she got my registration from me and left again. A few minutes later she came out with a piece of paper offering me $4600 less than the KBB instant offer. No one went outside to look at my jeep, no one drove it. I’m not even sure how they came up with this offer. I think they just didn’t want my jeep so they offered me a xx offer to send me on my way. When I questioned her about it she said well it goes on if theirs dings or dents, I said “no one even looked at it my car and my car doesn’t have any dents and dings.” She just looked at my funny. When I got home I contacted KBB, come to find out they are required to give me what the instant offer states because they participate in the program. If Kia doesn’t want to participate in KBB’s program then they may wanna take their name off the site and don’t treat customers they way I was treated. I did reach out to them via email and explained they were required to accept that offer and no one has reached back out to me at all. Customer service goes along way in businesses. This dealership needs to learn proper customer service. When I was there two days in a row not one customer was there, there maybe a reason for that. Who knows. I do know I won’t ever buy a car here or recommend them to anyone. More
The whole process was extremely delightful, everyone there greets you with a smile and they have a nice selection of cars. I brought my car in because I had front driver wheel damage. Repairs were made without my consent. No one explained to me what was needed to repair my car. I got the bill and there were items put on the car that no one divided with me before hand. I had one wheel damage and they put two new tires on my car. The damage was to one tire but they took it upon themselves to put two new tires on my car. Nothing was ever discussed with me prior to repairs. More
If I had one word to sum up my experience, I would say amazing. From the time I walked in the door and through the whole experience Corenia did a wonderful job. My husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle. While at another local dealership we decide to call Springfield KIA and inquire about the Seltos. We spoke with Dante and explained exactly what we wanted and what we had to work with. He invited us over and met everyone of our requirements without any of the pushy sales tactics. We walked out with a new 2024 Seltos and were beyond pleased with the service Dante provided. We will most certainly be a repeat customer. More
