A participating dealership is not required to accept the offer until we can confirm specific information through an inspection of your vehicle at our dealership. That inspection is related to the condition and features of your car, like installed options, dents, mechanical issues, and local market demand. That is explained on their website: "If the information is not correct, the Participating Dealer can update the information using the same online tool you used to generate the Instant Cash Offer for your car, and the update may result in a modified Offer amount."

FALSE…check Carolyn’s email, I sent her the email from KBB. I used the kbb tools to enter my info using my vin number. All the info was correct on my offer. My jeep was in perfect condition, no dents, no digs, no damage. I’ve been to two other dealerships besides yours, one not using the kbb offed and one using it. Both estimates came back in “good” condition. No one from your dealership even looked at my jeep. I still had my keys. I've never seen anything like it before. How can you give someone an offer without even seeing the vehilce and then claim your statement above? You should just admit you didn't want my jeep and you didn't want to deal with me and probably apologize. I did end up taking it to a dealership that gave me the kbb offer and they are reselling my jeep and making a profit. It's a shame I can’t add a picture here but here’s what kbb said.
