We meet Bob Flick to see if leasing was an option because we no longer wanted to deal with the headaches of a used car. It turned out that the leasing options would have been too expensive for us so Bob spent time going over the certified used cars they had in stock and explained that they would still be covered by warranty. We decided to look at the cars he found and we ended up getting a used car with only ~17,000 miles (never had a car with so few miles!) on it with the warranty still good through 2026! And with the certified we have no deductible at the shop there till 2022! And free state inspections for the time i own the car!! Bob worked hard for us to find something we could afford and we could be happy with, and he did great. Kristen worked the finance for us and helped us work through everything, another great job! More

Great Customer Service, Very professional and Efficient I went to Scott Kia with the intent to check out their inventory to buy a used minivan as I had been using their service department (over the past few I went to Scott Kia with the intent to check out their inventory to buy a used minivan as I had been using their service department (over the past few years for my Sorrento) and felt that they were professional enterprise. Checking out the lot with Bob Flick my wife and I identified a great vehicle at a great price and bought it a few hours later. I can say that after purchasing this vehicle it has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have made to date (5 so far). This is based on the professionalism, candor, straight dealing and frankly great personality that Bob Flick demonstrated. Although more than pure personality, the Dealership as a whole carried it's weight by offering a solid value and good price coupled with a quick, efficient and an upfront purchase process. Of note and another positive aspect of my experience was that there was not pushiness or pressure to buy that day/or soon. As mentioned, I came in with the idea that I would just look at what was available and perhaps purchase something in the coming weeks or/so which I relayed to Bob. Despite this Bob did not rush me out or pressure me to buy something that day but merely indicated he was available as needed and was flexible regarding my needs. He saw me through the process of buying my first car from beginning to end, going above and beyond to ease my concerns. Bob and Shawn ended up staying late to make sure everything in the car buying process was done, not rushing through any detail, making sure I was informed about any decision I had to make. I cannot recommend Bob and Scott Kia enough! More

Also, Bob Flick bent over backwards for me to make sure I got my new car ASAP. I think he may have upset his wife because he was helping me on their anniversary, but he takes his job seriously and is amazing customer service/sales associate. And if you have to get work done on your car, speak to Bob in service. He's a true gentleman. Nice, patient, understanding, and get a back to you as quickly as he knows anything to keep you updated continuously. I don't think I would have bought a car from Scott's Kia but I knew when I got it serviced I would deal with a true professional. They all do thier best to make you happy and keep you happy it's a great place to take your car business and concerns too. More

Dan is great! I came to Kia Scott of Springfield to buy a CPO Kia Forte in March 2018. Having recently moved to the USA, it was my first time buying a car here so I I came to Kia Scott of Springfield to buy a CPO Kia Forte in March 2018. Having recently moved to the USA, it was my first time buying a car here so I can’t really compare with other dealerships. But I can say that Dan was really helpful and he put no pressure at all on my wife and I while we were testing several cars. He took time to answer my questions by email before I make my choice. Plus very friendly conversations with him at the dealership. I recommend dealing with Dan. More
