Finally I decided thi I have been e-mailing and talking with Scott Kia of Springfield for awhile not sure if I wanted to gave up my 2000 Kia Sportage. Finally I decided this year that I was going to purchase a car. Ricky from Scott Kia contacted me by e-mail. I explained to him that I was not ready yet but would reach out to him when I was ready. He respected my decision and did not contact me until I contacted him by e-mail letting him know that I was coming in to look at some cars. Ricky came in on his day off to show me some cars. Right from the door I was greeted with a smile. He already know who I was and what I wanted because I have been e-mailing him the cars I was interested in. This place came highly recommended and I definitely see why! I felt like family at this dealership ! There was no presser with choosing a car and he was willing to allow me to test drive all the cars I was interested in. This company treats their customer with professionalism and respect. Car shopping made easy My current lease was nearing its end so naturally I went back to the original dealership I got it from....Scott Kia of Springfield. I absolutely loved my 2015 Kia Optima EX and decided to get another one. I was greeted by salesman, Ali Camur, who took me through the showroom. Instead I fell in love with the 2019 Kia Sportage EX. Ali took me for a test drive and once I decided what I wanted made the process of agreeing on a price so easy. I decided to return the next day to finish the paperwork and swap cars. Kristen in Finance had all the papers waiting for me and I was finished in less than 30 minutes. Ali went over all of the features of the car and made sure I knew everything about it before I left the lot. this is my third Kia and third time leasing from this dealership. Hands down the Best! Bob Bollinger definetly went above and beyond what he is paid to do! My girlfriend and I can in for blown engine.
