Everyone from their Sales staff (I deal exclusively with Greg Cole for purchases/leases) to their amazing Service Dept. are spectacular. My last 3 purchases/leases have been with Scott and I couldn’t be happier. I switched from Lexus to Scott/Honda because they treated my oldest Grandson to a free-very costly replacement of the ac/heater on his first Scott/Honda which he purchased used and was just out of warranty. Mark Dennis and the gentleman who work with him are super wonderful, polite and knowledgeable.Never have i had to question the staff re: any work done on my car. Steve Robinson helped with my navigation system today. I had a few questions about deleting info. He knows his stuff. Keep him around. Rosalie gave me an appraisal onto the CRV also today. Greg Coles what I want😀 I honestly can say I could stay there all day without complaints. BNest part is I get to bring my German Shepherds along for socialization. Great service to go with great cars Fortunately, because I own a HONDA, I don't have to use the service department very much since they are awesome cars that last forever! However, my 5yo Honda Pilot (her name is "Elsa") had a check engine light issue and I brought it to Scott for the first time for "repair" since I purchased it. My service advisor, Dan Mancari, was very good and kept me apprised throughout the day about my vehicle's diagnosis and remedy and had Elsa ready for pick up with repairs done much sooner than I had expected AND we were able to add on an unscheduled oil change! In addition, when I pulled into the drop-off bay, I was greeted by a smiling employee, Donald. When I asked Donald how he was today, he joyfully sang back to me in a beautiful voice "I'm aweeeeeeeesome!" and that made ME feel awesome!! Made my whole day! Love my Elsa and love Scott Honda Service Department!!! More

Honest Service Went today to Scott Honda's Express Service, a few hours before their official closing on a Saturday. Was attended to immediately by John Barth who i Went today to Scott Honda's Express Service, a few hours before their official closing on a Saturday. Was attended to immediately by John Barth who is courteous, friendly and very professional. Told him what my car needs service for which is the straightforward oil change and tire rotation. Was informed that it would take them about 45 minutes to complete the job. My car was ready in the estimated promise time and was briefed on what was done including the multi-point checkpoint on some of the critical components of my car. After settling the bill I was on my way to my other commitments. This is what I want whenever I take in my car for service: No drama. Kudos to Scott Honda for keeping honest and straight-forward employees such as John who will just accomplish what was requested and not try to do any up-selling. Personally hate that kind of tactic because I know what I only want done to my car and nothing else (unless it was clearly pointed out that something serious needs to be addressed because of safety concerns, to which I would believe if it's true). More
