2016 honda civic air conditioning problem Air conditioning blowing hot air. Service diagnosed that there was a slow leak of refrigerant, they refilled the refrigerant but couldn't find the lea Air conditioning blowing hot air. I can't come in for a recharge every month, this is ridiculous. Will go someplace else next time. More
Absolutely horrific experience, total scam artists. Absolutely horrific service department. We've purchased several cars at Scott Honda over the past several years and will never be back here again. When servicing our car, they charged us over 700$ to fix an oil leak and one other item. 2 months later, a "new" oil leak has popped up and, wouldn't you know, it's going to cost $800 to fix. If they had done their job the first time when they spent days fixing the car, they should have fixed both leaks (if there actually were two) instead of charging labor both times for an incredibly expensive fix. There is no way that the leak was fixed in the first place as oil continued to go down at a quick rate. Under no circumstances is it good business to send someone away worse off than they were before and then expect to charge them again. Absolutely embarrassing service and care. To then be sent away with a shoulder shrug for a customer who has purchased several cars and exclusively uses them as service providers is disgusting and disrespectful. Would never recommend letting them touch your car unless you want to be scammed out of thousands of dollars. More

My car was in and out, ready-to-go in 40 minutes without even having an appointment. I had left a coupon at home and when I got home I emailed Christian about it and he honored it with no hassle what so ever! Scott Honda will definitely be my first choice going forward. More
Purchase Your Batteries Elsewhere Purchased a 100 month battery and after 22 months it went bad. The replacement battery lasted 10 months. Had it replaced again at 13 months. Each time had to have the car battery jumped and had to cancel appointments that had been made for that day. On the last battery I was charged $92 for proration under warranty with no regards to the inconvenience that these three bad batteries have caused me. More
Service Department and loaner/rental Service couldn't give me a loaner although allowed me to book a rental. They also agreed to pay for the rental if the work was major. When I arrived they had to drive me 20 minutes to Hertz as Enterprise apparently had no cars that morning. My car cost almost $1000 so service indicated they would take care of the rental charge. They assured me everything was taken care of. Two weeks later a charge on my credit card from Hertz arrived (glad I was checking). Repeated calls to Scott Honda and Hertz still have not resulted in the charges being reversed. I am going to get rid of my Honda for a different make/model and hopefully a better service department/experience as well. More

If I could, I'd request my service transaction with him every time. Though, I'd expect to find the same quality service from all Scott Honda associates.
