Hi John, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Civic's air conditioner. We followed up with your service advisor to learn more details about your visit today. It can be difficult to find a slow A/C leak and, as he explained, a dye was put into the system that will help us determine the origin of the leak at your next visit. It's recommended that you drive the car, use the A/C to help circulate the dye, and revisit us again in a month so we can locate and repair the leak. We'd never expect you to come have your A/C recharged on a monthly schedule; instead, we are hopeful for the opportunity to have you return so we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Hi Henry, we understand your frustration with this situation. The batteries we sell come from a distributor and we sell them to plenty of satisfied guests. As we've tried to explain at each visit, the batteries you've purchased from us have this recurring problem because it seems you drive this vehicle much less frequently than average, and under those circumstances, a battery purchased from anywhere else would likely experience the same problem. Fortunately, each Honda battery comes with a warranty that you've been able to take advantage of each time. And in consideration for your inconvenience, Scott Honda was able to help you additionally by offering to redeem your Scott Advantage Points, so you didn't have to pay any money out of pocket for your most recent visit. We're sorry this was not enough to earn your satisfactory resolution to this concern.

I disagree with your conclusion for two reasons, the previous battery that I had in this car was purchased from Walmart and it was a 60 month battery and lasted more than the 60 months. My daughter also purchased a 100 month battery from Scott Honda and it lasted less than two years.

Hi Rob, we certainly understand your frustration over this inconvenience. While the situation is regrettable, it is exceedingly rare, as we rely on our internal loaner fleet almost exclusively. We do apologize for the rental agency's mishandling of your bill. Despite the indication that Scott Honda would cover your charges, they were placed on your credit card in error. Our service manager has been in touch with you to communicate that, despite trying to expedite a correction on your behalf, we unfortunately have no power over their refund processing procedure. A check to cover these charges is being sent to you in the meantime. We hope we've sufficiently resolved your concerns and restored your faith in the service experience here at Scott.

This isn't my first issue with the rental service offered by Scott Honda so hopefully some focus and oversight can be given to ii in order to increase the customer experience. It has been a few days since I was notified a check was being sent although nothing yet so I will anxiously await its arrival to hopefully close this out. Regards
