The sales force at Scott are excellent. I cannot say the same thing for the service department. I responded to a recall and made an appointment for 7:30 am. The letter stated that it would take 1 and 1/2 h same thing for the service department. I responded to a recall and made an appointment for 7:30 am. The letter stated that it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. After 2 hours my car was not ready. When I inquired I was told it had to go through the car wash. When I asked about the 1.5 hours I was told that is just an estimate. I declined the car wash and left just before 10 am. I had to return because my indicators were changed. Not sure what that has to do with the gas tank. It seems every time I come for service I must return to get something fixed. NOT what I consider good service! No body seems to care. I guess I need to either find a different dealer for service or a different auto. Maybe Ciachi has a better service department A very unhappy customer, Walt Chandler A very long time customer who has purchased many autos from Scott! More

Road trip from Arizona and my battery dies. Honda Assistance was excellent. The car was towed to the Dealer in West Chester and I thought because it was a holiday weekend they wouldn’t be able to get Assistance was excellent.
