I have always received great service at Scott Honda. Scott Honda has always been a fabulous place for buying and servicing cars. We have bought 4 cars in the past 9 years, BUT during this time of COVID, we've seen a dramatic decline in service. The employees and servicing cars. We have bought 4 cars in the past 9 years, BUT during this time of COVID, we've seen a dramatic decline in service. The employees are still friendly, informative and helpful, but the wait time is horrible. Even with an appointment, I am told, "Sorry, the wait will be 2 hours," for a simple job. When we needed an oil change, we actually drove to Scott 3 times before we could get service under 3 hours. Seems like the labor shortage is impacting this business, and I hope they are constantly evaluating their service model as their service is the main reason we continue to buy at Scott Honda. More

Since the purchase of my vehicle, I have a persistent issue that no one has been able to find a fix for. There have been other odd and potentially dangerous issues that keep presenting themselves that po issue that no one has been able to find a fix for. There have been other odd and potentially dangerous issues that keep presenting themselves that point to a larger issue and no serious diagnostics have been done. Geoff, the service manager, and Justin have always been kind to work with and have attempted to answer my questions and explain things while reaching no definitive conclusions. However I’ve had some less than ideal experiences with other members of the staff since first bringing my car in. More

So pleased with the efficiency of the service department. At check-in, the man at the booth pointed out that my inspection due date was coming up and I was able to get that done with my routine service.
