I came to Scott Honda because of their excellent reputation. I was not disappointed. From the minute I arrived Candace came and greeted my friend and I. She asked what we were interested and then guided us to what she thought we would like. She was never pushy and she answered all of our questions patiently. She was so personable and friendly she really made me feel like it was her pleasure to help us. What a different feeling here then at other dealerships. I was upfront and honest with what I could afford and Candace helped me get a brand new 2014 Honda CRV, at an incredible price and in the most beautiful color. I was also given a more then fair price for my trade in. When it was time to sign papers with the Finance Department I was lucky enough to have Azad helping me. He was so friendly and helpful and he explained everything to us. We even talked about what a beautiful family he has and his famous sports legend father. You really cannot go wrong buying a car from Scott Honda of West Chester, everyone is so friendly and helpful and they really seem to care about the customer. When you go there make sure you ask for Candace shes a great sales person. More

The only thing I did not know was what Honda dealer I should purchase from. Even though I live in Drexel Hill, I decided to ride out to Scott Honda in West Chester to look around. When I arrived there, I was immediately impressed by the number of cars they had on their lot and by their beautiful facilities. Their receptionist summoned their sales representative, Dan Lipchock, to assist me. We went for a test drive and I signaled to Dan that I was interested in trying to make a deal. Dan presented me with a purchase price for the car and a value for my trade-in that were exactly what I had in mind. After a short while, my wife and I were riding home in a beautiful new 2014 Honda Civic EX Sedan. Great product, great service, great experience! More

I began looking online for alternatives and discovered the Scott Honda website. Their online pricing is extremely competitive, I replied with a quote request and received a response within minutes. Scott had the specific model and color I was looking for. I was even permitted to take one out for a test drive unattended so I pushed it to the limit and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of power it delivered. The customer experience was not stressful at all and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They also provide free soft pretzels, the real Philly ones not those imitations.;-) Soft drinks andice cream are also available. Unquestionably five star treatment overall. More
