OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE @ SCOTT HONDA!!! I was in the market for a new car. I did my research and test drove all type of cars. I decided to purchase a 4 cylinder 2015 Honda Accord Coup EX-L I was in the market for a new car. I did my research and test drove all type of cars. I decided to purchase a 4 cylinder 2015 Honda Accord Coup EX-L (w/o navigation). I went on Edmunds.com to get a price estimate so I knew what I should expect. I decided to send emails to all the Honda internet managers in MD, P.A., V.A. D.E., and have them fight for my business. I mentioned that I already test drove the car and I was looking for out the door price, which includes my taxes. Then I sat back and waited. It was great, I was getting so many calls and texts and emails. I just sifted through all the prices that were emailed to me. The dealership that caught my eye was SCOTT HONDA OF WEST CHESTER in P.A. I received a text from Candace C. telling me that she was able to get a very aggressive price from her manager. At that point I thought maybe she was giving me a price for a 2014, because the price was that good. She texted me telling me it was a 2015. That morning when I arrived she greeted me very kindly and showed me the Red car with black interior, which I test drove and the White car with the two tone Ivory & Black interior. I knew after seeing the white car with the two tone interior of ivory/black was the car I wanted. She mentioned after showing me the car that it also had navigation, which I didn’t want. I ask her what the price change would be if I purchased that car. The difference was an additional $2000. I really didn’t want to go that high. She said no worries; if that is the car you want we will get it for you. Candace, mentioned since they have to locate the car than bring it to Scott Honda in P.A., it may take a few hours. Rather than wait around, Candace offered to drive my new car directly to my home. I was thrilled with her service and attention to details The next day I call Candace C., to ask her if the car came with wheel locks, because I had forgot to ask her. Most dealerships are charging the customer extra for the wheel locks. She said yes they did come with wheel locks, mud guards, floor mats and a cargo tray. Candace also asked me if I wanted pin striping on the car, because the one I had seen was all white with no pin striping. I asked her if that would change the price of the car? Candace said no. I said what would you recommend? How about we do the two colors of the interior? That sounds great let do that. At this point, I’m like wow!!! I’m getting freebees, which is extremely rare to find from dealerships. Candace drove my car up the driveway and it looked WONDERFUL!!! If you are looking to buy a HONDA of any style, I would highly recommend you call Scott Honda of West Chester in P.A. and speak to Candace C. She was very wonderful to work with no haggling needed; she will take great care of you as she did me. This has been by far the best experience I have had with any car dealership. More
