Know how hard it is to staff and retain employees, so sensitive to that. Suggest that the service and dealer management look at revising appointment spacing for customers. Appointment made in advance, arrived on time, counted 17 employees in the service area at their computers. 20 minutes later after arrived, while engine off in service line and waiting, was acknowledged and then vehicle taken for service. The employees I am sure were all busy doing their jobs, so made me think that appointment times need to be spaced further apart so that customers can arrive on time for their appointment and then vehicle service prep can begin soon after, as it was obvious that appointments are too many at the same time resulting in customer experience lessened. More
