Every time I go to Scott Clark Toyota to have my car serviced I know that I am in good hands. Pete Acree is my service advisor and on this last service I was in need of new brakes. Pete recommended the best brakes for my vehicle and when the parts department said that they did not have them in stock Pete went back in the back and found them He not going to let me leave the dealership without the brakes that I needed to be safe. The best part is once these brakes were replaced the terrible squeak that I had when backing up was now gone. That was well worth the price of the new brakes This is the first time I’ve had a car reach 90,000 miles and I think the only reason that it’s doing so well is I have an excellent service advisor that makes sure that everything I need for my car is done on time and done right thank you Pete . Just had truck service ad asked them to check my tailgate lock. When I picked up the truck they said this model did not come with tailgate lock I informed the that the lock had engaged for two years and just lock. When I picked up the truck they said this model did not come with tailgate lock I informed the that the lock had engaged for two years and just recently stopped working. The said a tech looked at it and said it was not a locking tail gate. I have to say that I do not understand their response. I hope you follow up with me to resolve this issue.
