I have bought 3 cars from Scott Clark and use them for servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. They have THE MOST COMFORTABLE waiting area that I have ever been in and on certain days you can even get a manicure while you wait! (My sister-in-law in New York is sooo jealous of this!! Ever since I purchased my Highlander from Scott Clark Toyota I have had Pete Acree as my service advisor. He is a perfect example of why they are called advisors. My Toyota has not had any service problems so the only reason I go in for service is routine maintenance. Pete always takes time to explain what is scheduled and why it should be done. He always has a smile on his face. He is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever worked with in a car dealership. I trust Pete to tell me what is best for my vehicle. When I needed to purchase tires I didn't even think about going to a discount dealer or try to buy them from a wholesale club. I called Pete and he helped me make the best choice for my tires. He also explained the advantage of having nitrogen filled tires. After he explained it I understood the advantage. I love the new facility. While waiting to have my car serviced I can choose from one of many waiting areas. I love the quiet fireplace room and each waiting room has a television. The play room for the children is great and they have their own TV as well. They can play inside while the parent sits outside but still has a clear view to watch them carefully. I like the privacy of the business center. You can work on your laptop and not feel everyone is looking over your shoulder. I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota for sales and service. More
I am leaving this review in hopes it will help somewhere down the line. I took my Crewmax in for a 5000 mile service and I was a litte disapointed in that my truck was not as clean when I got it back as be down the line. It had oil drops on the paint in front of the radiator. It was my first service on the truck hopefully it will get better. I hope the rest of the service was done a little better than the oil change. I think I was a lot happier with the sales people than the service department so far. More

Also, the fact they use Edmunds tells me they realize people do their research prior to car buying so they do not come at it from an angle that potential buyers are uneducated about what they are doing. I got very good answers to my questions and inquiries. Everyone we encountered at the dealership were very friendly. Even the people we met in passing who were not involved with our transaction. I had previously submittted a negative review of this dealership after a very difficulty encounter with the servive department of Scott Clark Toyota and I must say I was very surprised when I noticed tha dealership after a very difficulty encounter with the servive department of Scott Clark Toyota and I must say I was very surprised when I noticed that the Managing Partner actually took the time to not only read, but to respond to my commments here on Dealer Rater. Amazing still is how quick he responded, it was only about 40 minutes. That is obviously someone who cares what people think about his place of business and its reputation. After speaking with Mr. Cady and explaining my encounter at his dealership, he came up with an acceptable resolution to the issues I had and immediately rectified the situation as best he could. He also assured me that he was using my particular encounter and how I felt about it as a training tool to improve his overall customer service at his company. He knows he cannot please everyone, however he believes everyone does matter and deserves a chance to be heard. This is not an unapproachable Managing Partner, he wants and invites a relationship wiht his customers. He has given me hope that business/individual ethics are not dead in the world yet. I have nothing but respect for someone like that and for that reason alone I will recommend this dealer to others as long as Mr. Cady continues to take this type of stance. More
Make sure that you read the fine print for all included deals this dealer offers you. I had to buy to a service contract to get the offered tires for life program. I have had only 8 services done since I p deals this dealer offers you. I had to buy to a service contract to get the offered tires for life program. I have had only 8 services done since I purchased this program for $750. The tires did not meet their requirements for replacement until 45,000, according to them. At that time they were only going to replace 2 of the tires, and it was only going to cost me $39.99 per tire plus applicable taxes and disposal fees. Making these tires about $50.00 each, not quite the free tires I was expecting. When I asked the service manager if he ran unmatched sets of tires on his car he told me he didnt have that plan so he didnt have to. True enough I was pretty upset, however he seemed not to care at all and I just asked him to retrieve my car and told him Scott Clark could shove his program up where the sun dont shine. After purchasing 3 new cars from this dealer in 3 years I must say that I am truly disappointed to see this level of the lack of loyalty to his customers.
