I want to publicly thank Mike for taking time to give me feedback on how to improve my business. We certainly are not perfect, but we take sincere interest in making customers happy every single time. We failed in our dealings with Mike and I was actually able to take the info that Mike presented me with and make some policy changes that will prevent similar problems from happening in the future. Additionally, I want to thank Mike also for going in and submitting another review. I certainly did not ask him to do so, but nevertheless, I am quite pleased that he did. Amazing still is how quick he responded, it was only about 40 minutes. That is obviously someone who cares what people think about his place of business and its reputation. After speaking with Mr. Cady and explaining my encounter at his dealership, he came up with an acceptable resolution to the issues I had and immediately rectified the situation as best he could. This is not an unapproachable Managing Partner, he wants and invites a relationship wiht his customers.He has given me hope that business/individual ethics are not dead in the world yet. For that reason alone I will recommend this dealer to others as long as Mr. Cady continues to take this type of stance.
