Excellent Service by Fred Caspary at Scott Clark's Toyota I recently had service performed by Scott Clark's Toyota Service Department on my 2014 Toyota Venza. Fred Caspary was our service technician and, as u I recently had service performed by Scott Clark's Toyota Service Department on my 2014 Toyota Venza. Fred Caspary was our service technician and, as usual, he was courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He quoted us a price to repair a broken taillight on the car and replaced it at that price. He is the main reason that we continue to use Scott Clark's Service Department and we intend to bring the Venza back later this month for some work needed on the rear panel of the car. We have already been in touch with Fred and know that we will receive the usual excellent service from him and the service department. Patrick Mulrain More

Never h Justin Bustle @ Scott Clark Toyota in Charlotte, N C has been my Go-To guy for service on all of our cars for years(currently three Toyotas). Never have I been disappointed with outcomes! Recently while at Myrtle Beach, S. C. We had sudden malfunction of our drivers side window. It was stuck half-open. Sparks Toyota diagnosed,after two hours,that I needed "a PART", not in stock but available in? 3days. Upon leaving I called Justin Bustle's cell phone. He correctly diagnosed the problem which did NOT require a n expensive part-simply adjustment. Saved time and money on return to Charlotte and Justin. Thank goodness for Justin and Scott Clark Toyota , not to mention the care and excellent service we receive from all of their employees-especially Evette Taft and Mike Black!! Signed. Continuing Confidence with Marshall Moore Had my 2004 Highlander in for some maintenance before a long trip this past July 4th Holiday. The mechanic found a few other issues, including a leaking water pump, that were not anticipated; however, I was completely confident in having this work done as Marshall took the time to explain the recommended work and show me the associated parts. Marshall also identified two issues that warrant keeping an eye on, but did not need to be serviced that day. This attention to vehicle maintenance is what keeps me coming back to this dealership and having Marshall "manage" my Highlander while there. While I am always hoping to spend a little less money on servicing, it is an easier decision to spend the extra money when you know that Marshall is managing your vehicle's servicing and future maintenance so completely. More

Fixed / serviced only items that required servicing and I was able to pick and choose what I wanted them to check and replace at the service level e.g. I change the engine and cabin air filters myself so they didn't do it and wasn't included in the charges.
