Service appointment on 2/23/2015 I took my Toyota Highlander in for a 30000 check-up on 2/23/2015. I requested Billy Carroll as my service manager. I have been very impressed with how I took my Toyota Highlander in for a 30000 check-up on 2/23/2015. I requested Billy Carroll as my service manager. I have been very impressed with how Billy treats his customers. He takes the time to explain the service that is recommended and answers any questions or concerns I may have. After you buy your Toyota, the service manager is your primary contact with Scott Clark. It is great to have someone like Billy Carroll who shows an appreciation for you as a customer. This kind of service is what brings me back to Scott Clark for maintenance on my Highlander!! More

MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE I went in for oil change & my service tech David Meek immediately spotted a problem with my tires. They could have caused a serious accident because t I went in for oil change & my service tech David Meek immediately spotted a problem with my tires. They could have caused a serious accident because they were worn & dry rotted. He suggested replacing with a new set. I explained that I always purchased tires from another store & he showed me that Scott Clark Toyoto was very competitive on their tires. Exceptional Service I was driving and realized I was slightly past due on my due service. I had about 2 hours to spare. I called Scott Clark's , and Neil Degraff penciled I was driving and realized I was slightly past due on my due service. I had about 2 hours to spare.
