Service on my Toyota Van My van was in warranty and I have been having a problem with the sun roof not closing sometimes. The problem is hit an miss. I was concerned since the warranty was about out and that I was running out of time that the problem would not be seen by service. They did find the problem. William (Billy) Carroll did a great job. He found the problem and got it to do it several times. He ordered the part for me and completed the service(change oil, ext). Billy is a very friendly person and goes the extra mile. I always ask for Billy because he is top notch. More
