I always dread going to get my car serviced because when I was at different dealership, it always took a long time. Pat Brooks got my car in and out quickly with excellent service and a free car wash to boot! Happy Customer!! More
First time was great Well the new Camry was due for its 5000 mile service. I called and got an appointment just when I wanted it. I arrived and they took my car right in Well the new Camry was due for its 5000 mile service. I called and got an appointment just when I wanted it. I arrived and they took my car right in and I went into the wi-fi area and waited. It was crowded !! (Note to self do mot make a service appointment on Monday AM when everybody else has made their appointment) My car was ready in about 45-55 minutes and I was called and my car was pulled around after it was washed and I was ready to go. OH By the way !! It was free!! Thanks so much to Wesley Rasmussen who took great care of me! More

5000 Mile Service I called and made an appointment, got in when it was a good time for me. I drove up to the service door, was motioned to come on in. Very fast check I called and made an appointment, got in when it was a good time for me. I drove up to the service door, was motioned to come on in. Very fast check in with Mr. Marshall. Proceeded to the lounge, got a cup of coffee on the way. Looked around at the items that I could buy. Actually bought a couple things. Sat down in the lounge. Didn't quite get my coffee drunk, when Marshall appeared, with "everything is done". Really a great experience, as always. Everyone was friendly, anxious to do their best to help me. Last year I made the mistake of taking my car to one of those NC inspection stations thinking it would be quick and easy....WRONG! This year almost missing my deadline, I called Justin and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only was it faster than last year, but I enjoyed sitting in your nice lounge area as opposed to a plastic chair and questionable smell! No more listening to my friend! I will also suggest to my friends that your service dept. Is not just for problems with their cars, but for NC inspections as well! More

Radio for my new Toyota Highlander We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me that he would order a new radio ASAP and get it in as soon as possible. He called the next week and I took my car in and after about 45 minutes Pete came and got me and told me that the radio was in and working and he enjoyed serving me.
