Waiting Time!! Prices are a little high but I knew that going in! My biggest complaint is I make appointment at 7:15 AM and I don't get out before 10:30AM! Concord Toyota is less then 10 miles from my house and I am thinking about going there but my truck has never been anywhere but to your dealership but its over 25 miles to your dealership! After you buy your Toyota, the service manager is your primary contact with Scott Clark. It is great to have someone like Billy Carroll who shows an appreciation for you as a customer. MY SERVICE EXPERIENCE I went in for oil change & my service tech David Meek immediately spotted a problem with my tires.
